Operations Manager
Shane brings 29 years of experience in the construction industry to our Cullen team. He began his career framing houses, then joined a masonry company where he worked his way up from tender to operator to bricklayer. After 12 years as a mason, Shane transitioned into his current role with our team. What Shane enjoys most about his job is working with a wide range of people, from customers to team members, and seeing the finished product of projects he’s been a part of.
He values his customers’ willingness to learn about Cullen’s services and which products will work best for their project. Shane also highly values the ability of his team to work together to solve problems and give customers the best possible options for their needs.
In his free time, Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family. His advice for those entering the trades is to “be willing to put yourself ‘out there’ to gain experience and knowledge in a variety of construction trades.”
