Damon brings 27 years of experience in the construction industry to our Bismarck team. Before joining Cullen, he spent two decades in masonry, building a strong foundation in hands-on trades.

Damon’s favorite part of his job is overseeing projects and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
