Paying It Forward
At our home base in Fargo, our team is firmly rooted in the local community in many ways. Many on our team are residents who are raising their families alongside many of our customers. Here are some of the ways we’re excited to give back to our community:
Cullen Children’s Foundation
Founded by NHL great and local legend Matt Cullen and his wife Bridget, this organization is especially close to our hearts. 100% of donations go directly to children in need that are battling cancer or serious health issues.
Youth Sports Teams
Whether it’s hockey, volleyball, baseball, softball, wrestling, or the Moorhead Ice Show for youth ice skaters, we’re proud to represent youth sports of all kinds throughout Fargo/Moorhead.
“Spud TV” and Other Organizations
We sponsor “Spud TV” so high school sports fans in Moorhead can catch every game on TV. We practice our golf swings while helping raise money for local charities and sports groups through several golf tournaments for Moorhead Hockey, Sunshine Kids, and the Children’s Miracle Network. We’re also honored to donate to Tunnels to Towers, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and Wine to Water thanks to our involvement with Owens Corning and the National Insulation Contractors’ Exchange (NICE).

Austin Gehrke
Operations Manager
Austin has spent 19 years in the construction industry, with 14 of those focused on insulation. He got his start working for a small remodeling contractor before studying Building Construction Technology and Construction Management Technology at NDSCS. He’s currently an active member of the Education Committee at the BIA of the Red River Valley.
Austin enjoys the new challenges his role brings and values the chance to talk about insulation solutions and products with both customers and team members alike. He relishes the opportunity to build strong relationships with his team members and his customers and be surrounded by others that are excited to also work in the industry. He takes pride in helping customers develop their insulation packages so they perform properly and deliver high-quality results.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to sporting events, occasionally hunting or fishing, and running when the weather is nice. His advice to those considering a job in insulation is to “stay consistent and learn as much information from experienced people as possible, and with time, consistency, and experience you will be rewarded.”
